“Good activity overall to see the sea lions and penguins. The boat gets really close to them so it’s perfect for pictures. The boat itself is clean, modern and spacious, with a café on board. There’s seating upstairs and downstairs which is comfortable, and outside space to view at the stops. Staff all super friendly. -Downside is the price was expensive for what it was. -There could have been another stop, maybe at a local fisherman’s village on the way back, as the way back was long. -Could not hear what the tour guide was saying over the microphone, sharing history etc with us. It seemed only one speaker out…”

“Julian our guide was fabulous. Catered for everyone either with different hiking experiences. Interesting to understand more about the beavers ( went past an active beaver dam and saw a beaver going to its house) as well as the surrounding area. Provide with a trekking pole which helps on the muddy sections with your balance. Views were excellent and Julian was a great guide. Lunch was fabulous - empanadas. Def recommend!”

The initial entry onto the boat was a bit chaotic and we were on a different boat for my ticket but the boat trip was fantastic and definitely worth doing Skipper made sure that everyone saw everything.”

“I booked a ticket for November 7th, but on the morning of the 6th I was told there were no tickets left for the Ushuaia train and I had to change it to the 8th. However, my flight departed Ushuaia on the morning of the 8th, and they wouldn't give me a refund. But on the afternoon of the 6th, I could still buy a ticket for the Ushuaia train for the 7th on another platform.”

“This isn’t a difficult hike but you do need to take it seriously (it had been snowing that morning)! The tour operator rightly insisted on boots (not trail shoes) which we hired for around £6. Our guide was very good and informative. Always a pleasure to hike in a group.”
