However the tour operator had a driver issue on the day of the tour and because of their internal processes did not immediately know they had a driver problem. Therefore we only found out they had a problem after we made contact with the tour operator via the Víator app. So eventually the 8 hour tour started 2.5 hours late without an English speaking driver/guide which also didn’t help us enjoy the day.
