“We really enjoyed our day to San Ignacio and the Wanda mines. However, we booked the tour in English, but almost nothing actually was in English. This wasn’t a huge problem for us, as we have a decent enough basic understanding of Spanish, but it wasn’t what we had booked and no real effort was put in, for example, translating. Additionally, the tour is advertised as being 11 hours, but with picking everyone up and dropping everyone off (we were the first to be picked up, and the last to be dropped off) the tour lasted 14 hours for us. “The guide was polite and kind, he can speak English, the pick up was on time, but the trip to San Ignacio was very long. Around 3.5 hours from city Centre, lunch at the restaurant was quite good.”

“This was the absolute worst tour company I have had to deal with. They messed up our reservation and ended up not providing the tour as posted. No guide, no visit to the ruins and horrible follow-up. This ended up ruining our whole day while providing no time to try and find an alternative activity. if you are looking to visit these sites I would absolutely recommend to not book this one.”

“Gray Linę is unprofessional company.Bus did not show up. We received a Call, 7 minutes after pick up deadline 15:00 that there is no more space for two persons. Agent was not able to explain why no propr information at the morning. We came Poland for 3 weeks round trip, Reserved 3 full days for Puerto Iguazu, so lost chance to organize other trip. The only think that agent said was " I'm sorry we can cancel the order and give back the money or we can postpone the tour for next days" It's not the agent favour for US but bus legal duty.”
