“The beautiful falls, junior the excellent guide but the agency doing the fatal tour. I bought 3 tours from both sides of the falls 6 months in advance and the first day where it was the Argentine side did not arrive for us, nowhere answered..it was fatal, the day before I had another tour with another provider of viator and they were the ones who helped us contact the agency and finally picked us up 2 hours late and it was time to change the schedule of the tours. When you buy the tour ask if it included the boat and they said yes and on the site indicated no.…”

“We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the Airport, our flight to Iguazu was 1:50. We were met at the Airport and taken to meet with Horatio our guide who took us to the Brazilian side of the falls first. We then went to our hotel for the night. We were picked up in the morning and taken to the Argentinian side of the falls where we spent the day. I must say that everything went smoothly and we had a great experience.”
