I bought 3 tours from both sides of the falls 6 months in advance and the first day where it was the Argentine side did not arrive for us, nowhere answered..it was fatal, the day before I had another tour with another provider of viator and they were the ones who helped us contact the agency and finally picked us up 2 hours late and it was time to change the schedule of the tours. We were met at the Airport and taken to meet with Horatio our guide who took us to the Brazilian side of the falls first. We then went to our hotel for the night. We were picked up in the morning and taken to the Argentinian side of the falls where we spent the day. I must say that everything went smoothly and we had a great experience.”

We were initially picked up 20 minutes late after specifically being asked to be on time, leaving us waiting at a the tour company’s office; the tour guide offered no apology for this. Additionally tour guides seem to be freelancers and not work for the company, therefore quality completely depends, whilst our guides spoke great English, neither seemed terribly interested in the content they were explaining.
